How Does JGM Manufacturing Ensure Quality Parts?

JGM Manufacturing ensures a quality product every time because we have inspection tools to perform a first piece, in-process, and final inspection for every operation. Our Quality Department is trained and holds everyone accountable because they know how important it is that our customers' receives their product in specification, every time! We use a CMM for those parts that require the tighter tolerances.  

Supplier/Subcontractor Quality Requirements

We hold all suppliers and subcontractors to the highest of standards --audits are performed by our team to ensure they become an approved vendor to JGM Manufacturing. Everything that hits our dock goes through an inspection and will not be released back to production until they pass and all the necessary documents are filed.
